Almost 100 % Implementation of Gravel Road Asphalt Paving Programme 2017-2018On 15 March 2019 road construction and reconstruction as well as gravel road asphalt paving works started after a technological intermission. Competitive Public Procurement Yields More Road Construction and Reconstruction ProjectsIn 2018 the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications (the Road Administration) saved almost 78 MEUR, out of which 65 MEUR were saved through public procurement of contract works.
