Warning on Driving Conditions on Road A14 Vilnius–Utena

SE Lithuanian Road Administration (later – the Road Administration) informs that due to extremely high temperatures, concrete road slabs on some main A14 Vilnius–Utena road sections have deformed. Drivers shall be extremely careful on km 68 in Molėtai district and km 88 km in Utena district: road repair works are underway here. Displacement of concrete plates due to high temperatures on other sections of the mentioned road could occur as well.

Due to road repair works, speed limits could be introduced on some Vilnius–Utena road sections. Some displaced concrete slabs are removed and replaced by several asphalt layers.

The Road Administration apologizes for any inconveniences caused on road A14 Vilnius–Utena and kindly invites road users to be extremely cautious.
